I’m Kristyn (she/they), a white bodied, cis, hetero, woman. I am an HSP with anxious attachment style, a wounded daughter working towards becoming a healed mother (#motherhoodraisedme), and I am only beginning to reckon with my collapse awareness and learn to regulate my nervous system. I’m grateful to live on the lands of the Wahpekute Dakota people, Mni Sota (Minnesota).
I don’t pretend to know any answers, but I enjoy sitting with questions. Questions and sensations that lead me on a breadcrumb discovery of deeper questioning.
